i hear they say that tamil

is one of the oldest living languages

and I wonder these days

as I meditate on the very nature of reality

aum, aum, aum

if that’s because there’s a truth,

a hidden truth,

that we’re supposed to be spreading—?:

did you know that the primordial sound

of the universe is aum?

and did you know that aum, in tamil,

means yes?

and then, can you consider the possibility,

that perhaps the universe is constantly

and simply

humming in agreement

to all that we put out?
